• Promptly notify NQD if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Ensure workspace users follow these terms and applicable law.

3. Service Scope

NQD provides operational finance tooling, including record management, reporting, and workspace collaboration capabilities.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue specific functionality as part of product development.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle and pricing terms at the time of purchase or renewal.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• You are responsible for taxes, duties, and charges associated with your subscription.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of service.

5. Customer Data and Permissions

You retain ownership of data you submit to NQD. You grant NQD a limited license to host, process, display, and back up that data solely to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of third-party data inside NQD is lawful and authorized.

6. Intellectual Property

NQD and its related software, interfaces, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of NQD intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or build derivative works from protected components except where permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You must not use NQD in ways that compromise platform security, violate law, or harm other users.

• No unauthorized access attempts, scanning, or exploitation.
• No malware, harmful scripts, or abuse automation targeting service stability.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity through the platform.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other party in connection with service use. The receiving party must protect such information and use it only for permitted purposes.

9. Availability, Maintenance, and Support

We aim to keep NQD available and reliable, but scheduled maintenance, security events, or external dependency failures may affect service availability.

Support channels are provided according to plan level and operational capacity.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using NQD at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these terms, legal requirements, non-payment, or security risk.

Upon termination, access rights end and data handling continues according to our retention and legal obligations.

11. Disclaimers

NQD is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that all results will be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NQD and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period as permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify NQD against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
